2.25.18 "Ned" Back squat 11 (BW) Row 1000m 7 rounds for time Special Agent Nathan "Ned" Schuldheiss, 27, of Newport, Rhode Island, a civilian assigned to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Detachment 204 Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, died Nov. 1, 2007 near Balad Air Base, Iraq, of wounds sustained from an improvised-explosive device that struck his vehicle. Schuldheiss is survived by his father, retired Lt. Col. Jeff Schuldheiss; mother, Sarah Conlan; stepfather, Kris Mills; and sister, Erin Dreeszen.

5.22.18 I’m thinking mock Strongman Competition for tomorrow! This will be fun, we’ll have the following Strongman events set up for the day. Event 1: Atlas Stone Over 48” Bar (115/160) max reps in 90 seconds Event 2: log clean and press (120/160) max reps 90s Event 3: Farmers Walk (110e/160e) 150ft for time w/ one turn. Event 4: Tire flip (350/650) 50ft for time Event 5: Axle deadlift (140/200) max reps 60 seconds Everyone will hit 4 out of 5 events. You have a choice between events 4 & 5 but cannot do both. Everyone will have the option of multiple attempts at each event. Weights will be scaleable, this is an option for a lot of you. I will have a separate workout ready for those that hit it hard today or would like a more traditional WOD.

2.21.18 Partner WOD Ski (meters) Deadlift 15 (75/115) Hang power clean 12 Push jerk 9 2 rounds 15min AMRAP At the start of the clock partner 1 will start Skiing for max meters and Partner 2 will start 2 rounds of the barbell complex. Once partner 2 is done with 2 rounds the athletes will switch places and continue this rotation for 15 minutes. Team scoring A: total meters B: total reps
