The purpose of the DCC Facebook page is to share information about and of interest to DCC students, prospective students, faculty/staff, and other community stakeholders and partners. Like our page to stay up to date on college events, student and staff accomplishments, news coverage, campus photos, and more. We encourage our fans to comment and communicate with us, or ask questions about our programs. To keep this community fun and family-friendly for all, we ask users to abide by the following rules:

1. Keep this page rated "G." Please be certain your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages. References to drugs, alcohol, sexual activity, violence or other postings that violate this rule will be deleted. REMINDER: Monday at noon is the deadline to honor a DCC graduate who has achieved success as a business owner! Email nominations for the DCC Small Business Hall of Fame, with the person's name, business name, and approximate years of enrollment at DCC to vdecker@dcc.vccs.edu. Nominees must be graduates of DCC or one of its predecessors (DTI or VPI-Danville). The 2017 induction ceremony will be held Nov. 29 as part of the DCC Small Business Idea Fair. The Hall of Fame is housed at the Barkhouser Free Enterprise Center in the Taylor Building. Previous inductees are: Charlie Adams (Belmont), Scott Chaney (Piedmont Printing), Alan Dalton (Dalton Photography), Sid Dewberry (Dewberry, Inc.), Stuart Jennings (Precision Electronics), Sylvia Josey (Kid's Stuff & Your Stuff).
