Each day  will be different and geared toward what you need to help you get a job in an area that interest you. We will Combine classroom instruction in employability skills and technology. CCNEO is run by Executive Director, Robin Bacola who has over 20 years experience working with individuals with development disabilities. Robin began her career as a program specialist substitute at the Summit County Board of DD in 1993. In 1995, she began providing services as a foster and respite provider and continues to do so today.  robin has her M.S Ed. in Special Education and has recently the Transition to Work endorsement program through Kent State to become a Transition Specialist. throughout her entire teaching career, Robin has been assigned to career technical education programs of the complexities of developing work competencies and creating job opportunities for her students.

Robin has an abiding respect and enduring love for the people she serves and creation of Community Connections Northeast Ohio has been a labor of love for her and her family.
