Mind-Body
Description
Yoga offers a direct route to being more happy. With the physical aspect set aside, Yoga teaches us to breathe and helps to offer a more calm, happy mind. Yoga, developed over 5,000 by a man named Patanjali, has stuck around due to it's constant practicality and usefulness. With physical practice being but one of the many aspects to Yoga, Yoga offers not just a healthy body but a healthy mind. The idea to Yoga is that you could do 1 to a 100 stretches a day and still reap the full benefits; depending on how you use it. While almost any practice can lead to the absolute truth of our lives, Yoga offers a gentle, peaceful approach to finding our happiness. Yoga offers us to become physically fit but also encourages us to move past that. By practicing Yoga, we can learn to achieve peace of mind and bring calmness into the lives of ourselves and others. By bringing calmness into our lives, we can move more consciously, becoming more aware of ourselves and our surroundings and, ultimately, reduce our suffering. Yoga truly aims to cultivate a happy life. We encourage you to seek your peace and mind and to share it with the world, today. May all things benefit.
