Flag Day Ceremony
The Flag Day Ceremony and partnership between the Cortland Elks Lodge #748 and American Legion Post #489 is an ongoing tradition. Each year we accept flags that are no longer serviceable for proper disposal. This is a public and community event, highly patriotic. All ages welcome!
