Collin Street Bakery personnel volunteered their time to freshly bake and send 10,000 cookies and 2,000 Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cakes to Hurricane Harvey evacuees in the Dallas Convention Center. Please keep all those affected in your prayers.

Today we remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and express our appreciation for the first responders and soldiers who protect our freedom.
Tom McElwee supplied the outgoing personality. His partner Gus Weidmann served up the DeLuxe Fruitcake. Both were essential ingredients in the special recipe that attracted elite members of society to our bakery. Will Rogers, Enrico Caruso, John McGraw and Jim Corbett are just a few of the famous guests we've hosted over the years.
