First Baptist Church of Cornelius
Description
First Baptist Church of Cornelius is a family of faithful followers of the Lord Jesus Christ living out a life of faith in Him. We've been serving the Cornelius community since 1904 - before Cornelius was Cornelius. If you are looking for a church that reflects a simpler time before churches became "mega" then First Baptist may be the church for you. In the heart of Old Town Cornelius on the corner of Catwaba Ave. and Beard St. If you have questions, please contact us at fbccoffice@gmail.com. God bless!

Here's our first planned attempt to help the homeless who so frequently show up at our doorstep asking for money (which we neither have on hand nor would feel comfortable giving out). These "Go Bags" for the homeless have many essentials and a $20 Food Lion gift card. All in all they bag cost is $40 including the gift card. If you are interested in sponsoring a bag, please send your check to First Baptist Church of Cornelius, PO Box 100, Cornelius, NC 28031. Please note that the check is for the Go Bags. Thanks and God bless!

Therefore, we must do as Paul and the other Apostles did and make the Resurrection the primary focus of our evangelistic message.
This writer is spot on with his point regarding the faithful preaching of the Word of God. He states, "One thing that I didn’t do though was attempt to skirt around the clear teaching of the Bible. Neither did I apologize for God. I simply set out to preach the Word." Oh, that I can live up to this standard. Praise the Sovereign Lord.
