Leak test, fill to the top with water leave it for 24hrs, then add a small amount of air pressure to verify 100% leak free weld gurantee.

Finally got the gas tank all buttoned up this morning, replaced the thin wall 6061 t6 with a thicker piece of .100" 6061 t6. Purged and welded up complete. A long and tedious process of cutting, fitting, cleaning, and welding.
