Today we went and supported Whipmm,Inc. We learned a lot today! And we have lots of ideas.

We are sorry to announce : Due to unforseen scheduling issues for the post, the Auxiliary Fish Fry is cancelled for Friday April 7th. Please join us next friday for our final fish fry.

ALA Members Unit 151 : It's that time of the year again. Unit Executive Committee Nominations. Any member in good standing can run for any office of our unit. President, 1st Vice, 2nd Vice, Seceretary or Treasurer. If you are interested in running, please see any one of our nominating committee. Tina Betts , Shelly Bailey, or Michelle Hall. Nominations will be accepted beginning March 13, 2017 through April 13, 2017. Come join the group. We have fun volunteering to help support Veterans & their families.

Members of Cowle Post 151: On behalf of the Auxiliary & Jrs. I would like to thank all who donated to the TWIN BLANKET Drive. We collect 20 blankets & $123 in cash. I took everything to the ALA Mid-Winter Conference in Columbus Ohio. Totally the Jrs in Ohio collected over 200 blankets. They will be distributing them to the Vets Hospitals in Ohio for homeless & needy vets. Again thank you for your generosity. Tina Betts American Legion Auxiliary Unit 151 President

Merry Christmas to all Veterans, Post 151 Legion Members & Auxiliary. The auxiliary adopted 3 families this year for Christmas. We finished wrapping the presents & delivering the gifts to the families. It was a fun day. Thanks to all auxiliary members & children that helped in shopping , wrapping, & delivering. The families were very thankful. We also made & deliveried wheelchair bags to the county home for the vets & residents in need.

We are so proud of our Buckeye Girls State delegates. Danielle Hall ( center) spoke at our July meeting. She had a lot of fun and learned a lot about government. She won a position in the mental heath department. Our other delegate Hope Romanski could not attend our meeting but sent her thank yous to our unit.
