Description
I provide Wills and Revocable Trusts for East Bay clients and come to meet you in your home. I also represent teachers, parents and students in school law. My law practice focuses on three general areas of law: estate planning, education law, and harassment prevention. I find myself assisting more and more people in designing their estate plans (usually revocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.) to avoid probate costs, protect their privacy, and customize their property designations. My many years as a public school educator serves me well in assisting a wide variety of parents, teachers, administrators, and students in navigating their work and school issues. Sometimes this involves sensitive issues involving harassment based on sex, disability, age, or race. I also offer California school districts prevention training in the areas of sexual harassment and mandated reporting.
