Continuing crossfit keeps me energized, and keeps the aches and pains at bay. I am modifying movements as needed but for the most part I am able to continue classes as usual. I have still be able to PR movements since now I’m working out with my baby weight vest which is helping me get stronger by the day 💪🏻 if someone ever tells you that you can’t do something that makes you feel great don’t listen to them listen to your body. I didn’t workout for more than a few minutes over the last few days and one of those days I pretty much ate like an asshole. • Three tips for getting back on the horse: 1) Commit to a training partner. Pick a specific time/days you are going to meet at the gym. Hold each other accountable. ———————————————————————— 2) Walk with your loved one or your dog twice a day. This will increase your activity level, metabolic rate, and afford more quality time with family (leave the phone at home). ———————————————————————— 3) Practice time-restricted eating. Allow yourself an 10-12 hour window to consume all of your daily calories. This gives your body a chance to repair itself and recalibrate your circadian rhythm. ———————————————————————- This is my plan this week as the new year approaches.
