Located in Coffeyville, Kansas, Lanning's Downtown Grill has seen 11 years of serving. We serve country breakfasts, traditional dinners, appetizers, desserts, and more. Best known for our award winning chicken fried steak. Great restaurants don’t just happen: it requires time, resources, dedication and an incredible team who cares about preserving quality from grill to table. Eric Lanning fell in love with food in Coffeyville. The process, the taste, the community, all had him looking to share the experience with Coffeyville. In 2005 Lanning followed his dream by purchasing a building in the downtown district, committed to make it a reality. After countless days of hard work, in May of 2005, Lanning's Downtown Grill opened its doors and changed the restaurant community in Coffeyville forever. Serving homemade, southern meals, cooked in house each day, we’re doing something that Coffeyville has needed for years.
