He served a vital role within the NFPA during his retirement from the Phoenix Fire Dept. He worked in every position in PFD since he joined in 1958 before being named Fire Chief in 1978. Harris County ESD #12 staff and crew would like to congratulate FF Rhonda Owens on her promotion to Engineer/Operator of Engine 24-A. We are excited to have her among our Elite E/O's on staff. Her first tour of duty will be this Wednesday Sept. 20th. Congratulations again on your accomplishments Rhonda.

In a collaborative effort with North Channel EMS and units from Harris County ESD 12 a landing zone was successfully established to airlift two critical patients following a vehicle incident. Strong work by all organizations.
A follow-up from one of Harris County ESD 12's previous pictures. This sweet girl named Dog Dog was reunited with her owners today following being separated during Hurricane Harvey as it hit the Houston area earlier this week.
