Share your concerns for your client's hair to prevent any heartbreaks 💔 (Cosmo Prof article) Stylist Ricardo Santiago shared this list that he discusses with his clients when they want pastel hair: 1. The hair must be a Level 9/10+ Blonde (the lightest of blonde tones)... please don't ask me to damage your hair by lightening-In one session. I won't do it! 2. Pastels don't last as long, so a commitment of proper care is required, as well as an understanding of the investment to maintain! 3. It is highly suggested to initially go a little darker/deeper in tone, so that you actually have a fade out, versus a total wash out, with a lighter application! This gives you more longevity and a few fun looks! The fade is the best part #repost
