Jeff Toll Memorial Field
Description
A memorial paramotor field in honor of Jeff Toll. In Jeff's own words:
"Flying like a bird, the freedom that it gives you, just having no obstructions below you, you can just look around... The view's amazing."
We fly because it's a passion that we share, a bonded lifestyle to look down and see the ground as the birds see it, to graze the fields and brush the treetops, to wave at the people who look up at us, and to share our experience with whomever will listen. We love this–it's our life and our calling, and we are listening to the call.
Jeff was a friend and inspiration to people all over the world. We felt lucky to have flown with him on a regular basis, to learn from his superior knowledge and abilities, and share adrenalin-induced smiles at the end of the day while the sun sets to the west.
It's appropriate that we name his home field after him and maintain it in his honor. We'll strive to keep his memory alive as he would do for us.

A little time lapse fun at the field tonight.
After a well deserved wait, 'The Toll Road' based on our namesake is available to view right from where you're sitting. Shout out to Ryan Southwell Films for making such a masterpiece and bringing our friend and legend, Jeff Toll, back with us. http://ryansouthwellfilms.com/the-toll-road/
The Toll Road
For those who attended the bonfire and film night last weekend, you were lucky enough to see the early release of this film by Ryan Southwell. As many of you know, "The Toll Road" will be featured for competition at the 43rd Coupe Icare Film Festival in Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet, France beginning September 22. Everyone show your support by liking the official film page! Competition is tough, including the folks at Solar Impulse and Jean-Baptiste Chandelier, et al. This is major. Please show your support.
Two years ago we said goodbye to our co-pilot and friend, Jeff Toll. His loss affected his family and friends substantially, but we've since become closer than we ever would have. The field we named after him and built beyond what he would have imagined will always honor him. JTMF is formally Jeff Toll Memorial Field, a name we hold in our harness every time we strap in to fly. Jeff's crew has grown from the original three to five talented pilots, all flying under the JTMF banner. While we miss you Jeff, we still have plans to keep moving forward and we'll never forget how nor with whom we started. We miss you, brother.

Great friends, a film premiere we've all been anticipating, "The Toll Road," one of our best bonfires, and of course a wonderful beer sponsor, Ninkasi Brewing. This was definitely a great way to celebrate the life of Jeff Toll and remind his family why we do what we do; to keep his memory alive.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the field tonight, especially to those who traveled from every corner of country (and Japan) to spend time remembering the #legend. Thanks also to Ninkasi Brewing for supplying an ample amount of tasty beer for the event. More photos will come, but for now it's time to sleep. :)
