Picture Day - THIS Saturday 1/21!! Charlton Youth Basketball (CYB) Photograph Schedule and Information Basketball photographs for CYB will be taken by Casson-Foster (CF) photography on January 21st. The schedule and important information is outlined below. Order forms are attached to this email and will also be available on site. Parents– Please be sure you let your coach know if your player will be absent on picture day. The photographers will be waiting for complete teams to be present prior to taking pictures. Waiting on any late players can disrupt the entire day’s schedule. If you know your child will be absent or falls ill for picture day, CF is able to take a picture at their studio or another location. Please contact them directly to schedule an alternate time. Coaches - Please communicate and remind your teams where and when your team photograph will be taken. Photographs will be taken at BOTH CMS & HES. Grades 1-2 Girls – Photographs will be taken around the regular practice time from 9:00 – 9:30 at HES. Scrimmages will be adjusted accordingly. Grades 1-2 Boys – Photographs will be taken around the regular practice/scrimmage times, from 9:30 – 10:00 and 11:15 - 11:45 at HES. Scrimmages will be adjusted accordingly. Grades 3-4 Girls – Photographs will be taken at HES AFTER the games. Grades 5-8 Girls – Photographs will be taken at CMS AFTER the games. Grades 3-4 Boys – Photographs will be taken BEFORE the games at either CMS or HES, please check the schedule. Grades 5-6 Boys – Photographs will be taken at CMS in the am or BEFORE the game. Wildcat teams and Grades 7-12 Boys – Due to varying schedules, team pictures have not been scheduled. If any coach, player or team wants a group photo, please plan to meet at one of the various scheduled Drop In times. Even if the team chooses not to have a team picture taken, individuals may stop by during the Drop In times to have an individual photograph taken of their player in uniform.
