Our pizza dough is made fresh each day on site, ensuring a high level of quality goes into every dough ball produced. Because of our process, Ramunto’s Express pizza is fresher, tastier and crispier than that of our competition. We’ll mix our own blend of tomato sauce made from the highest quality vine-ripened tomatoes. Our cheese—like everything else—is also among the freshest available. We use 100% whole milk mozzarella, and shred it ourselves in-house. This ensures optimal freshness and moisture content. No pre-shredded, pre-bagged or dried-out mozzarella is ever used on a Ramunto’s Express pizza.
