We’re really excited about the latest batch of Cloud Machine: This IPA is orange-juicy in appearance, with a white head, extreme cloudiness coming from ample additions of oats, malted and unmalted wheat, and extensive whirlpool hopping and dry hopping. Bright, tropical fruit aromas are followed by tart, tangy tangerine and orange flavors, with hints of melon, passionfruit, and key lime, balanced by a full, silky body and mouthfeel. Our Roulette Beer today is the Kuvée Mać Dark ruby-red under a light tan head, this sour ale shows the clarity of a long maturation in oak barrels that held red wine. The medium toast of the barrel and the wine continue to show through the beer. In a semi-solera method, the barrel was partly emptied of the original brown ale after six months; then it was filled with a young, lighter ale. It continued to mature on mixed cultures for a further six months. 6.5% ABV; ibu: 15
