Corner of Goodwin & Oregon, Krannert Center What began in our home kitchen back in 2013 as a hobby to feed our own doughnut cravings, Pandamonium Doughnuts is now an artisan doughnut shop creating handmade, specialty doughnuts with a unique twist and introducing these new, imaginative creations to Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. We are also one of the few entirely-made-from-scratch doughnut bakeries in Illinois. Which means all our doughnuts are artisan- handmade and created from scratch during the very early morning hours daily using our own unique recipes and techniques and utilizing high-quality, fresh ingredients every day. We also utilize local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
What sets us apart from other doughnut shops is that not only do we offer innovative, original flavors that bring a refreshing update to the pastry we have all grown up eating, but we are also committed to using only fresh, real ingredients that are: organic and local when available and of the highest quality. We utilize pure extracts and incorporate seasonal flavors throughout the year. Our doughnuts have NO Trans-Fat and NO artificial ingredients and NO preservatives!
We also use artisan techniques and make all our doughnuts from scratch using scratch ingredients each day using our own unique recipe. We do not use any pre-made flour mixes or artificial or "natural" icings that come out of a bucket that contain chemical preservatives and stabilizers many other bakeries use. Here at Pandamonium, we are a committed from-scratch bakery and make all our doughnuts daily using raw ingredients. We roll out, cut, fry, and decorate all our doughnuts individually by hand.
As a small batch shop and the extra time to put in the TLC in all our doughnuts, we are limited on the number of doughnuts we are able to produce during the days we are open, thus our flavors and availability will change as the day progresses. Consequently, we do sell out and we always advise our customers to come early to guarantee a doughnut! We NEVER use day old doughnuts and always make a fresh batch every day! As a small, growing business, we are utilizing all our resources to keep up with demand and will always offer as many doughnuts as we can, without sacrificing quality.

🚨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🚨: It's time for the 4th annual GIRL SCOUT DOUGHNUT DESIGN CONTEST of 2018 as we begin our special collaboration with the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois!!! 🎉🎊🏆 We are very happy to announce the official start of this year's contest today! ☺️ Here is your sweet mission: design the next Girl Scout cookie doughnut flavor based on the popular Girl Scout cookies! 🍪 All cookies are fair game, EXCEPT for Thin Mints & Samoas. We will then select the finalists and our customers (yes, all of 👉you!) will choose our winner!!! The winning flavor will be featured on our menu for a limited-time and the winner's entire troop will get free doughnuts! 🏅🎉 **Also, all participants will get a FREE Pandamonium Doughnut Girl Scout patch! For those of you who participated last year, send us an email if you did not receive your patches.** --📝 INSTRUCTIONS 📝-- 1) Print out and complete the following two (2) "CONTEST FORMS" below.
