Wow, great history and wish there was a way to revive this and Chadds Peak Ski Area ... Reyburn's closed up in 2008 right after I acquired Chadds Peak Farm and I believe the gent passed away shortly after. I often wondered what went on in that little shack and neighbors told me it was a great place to get a beer or something else to drink (only if you removed the cap!).
