Description
We want to get you Stronger Than Yesterday, fitter than ever. We are fully equipped to do any WOD. Walk in with trepidation, walk out accomplished. We are a small town CrossFit box in Centralia, IL. We hope this is your go to place to learn about fitness, CrossFit methodology, good nutrition, lifestyle and hang out with like minded people who care about such. We would love you to drop by for a free workout or two before you commit. We have the trainers who can teach you any CrossFit movement and we have the space, equipment and will to perform any CrossFit workout you can imagine.
