Big day here on the farm! We had celebrity peacocks born from Dr Pol, Dianne, and Charles Pol!! Back 28 days ago Charles entrusted Spicer Ornamental Bird Farm with some precious eggs. We were honored to hatch these babies for them. There are still a few in the incubator still hatching. So exciting!!

We have had an awesome season in our pheasant production this year! We are now offering one of our breeding trio's of Amherst for sale. Male is hen aggressive but would make a beautiful solo addition to a aviary looking to add a little color. He is currently in full molt, and has produced some outstanding chicks. If given adequate space and plenty of hiding spots you might be able to keep the trio together. I will also consider selling the hens separate.

Spent the day putting up a temporary maternity stall for Daisy. We sold all our horse stalls and are putting in goat stalls. Until the new stalls come in we have to improvise. As you see ,everyone was curious about the new pen and its occupant. After that it was time to freshen up Bird pens. We shoveled nearly ten yards of new sand. Now we will all sleep good tonight. 😴

Puppy on patrol. One great reason we are by appointment only. She keeps everything on lock down when we are at home chilling doing chores not expecting company or away from home. Love our German Shepard 😍
