A few updates Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is rocking and we are fired up for 2018. Come jump in a class or bring your children for theirs. ADULT BJJ SCUEDULE Monday's 6:45-8PM GI class Wednesday's 6:45-8pm No GI class Thursdays 5:45-7pm BJJ Fundamentals and Drills class, GI or No GI.... Every other Saturday our BJJ Competition Team has practice at 9am... Feb 3rd is next one See you on the mat!!! Come to train, Stay for the Life Change.
