Happy Easter from all of us at the City of Carroll! Reminder: all city offices/facilities are closed today. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow morning. Police protection is always available.....thank you to the Carroll Police Department for working holidays so we can enjoy ours!

All City offices will be closing at NOON on Friday, April 14th in observance of the Easter holiday. As always, police protection is available 24/7/365. For non emergencies please call 712-792-3536; all emergencies please dial 911. **The library will be open normal hours, 9 - 6 on Friday, and 9 - 5 on Saturday. The Rec Center facility (not the office) is open regular hours Friday and Saturday but will be closed Sunday. Have a safe and Happy Easter!!
