Custom creations for all occasions All of my cakes are buttercream frosting.  Some of my cakes have fondant accents but none are covered in fondant. I am not a fondant fan although I think fondant makes a cake beautiful.  That is why I have tried to per-fect my buttercream smoothing to have the looks of fondant.
