We are a locally owned full service gym with the mission of bringing community and families together. Founded in the mid 1990's by Dr. Nick, DDS and purchased by Cassee Bone & Tiffany Gutierrez in Feb. 2015, our purpose has remained the same, to bring community and families together under the umbrella of wellness and fitness.

We offer an all inclusive plan that gives members unlimited access to gym usage (all machines) and includes daily group fitness classes and nutrition and wellness trainings.

We also offer personal training and private group classes at additional cost.
