CrossFit Cairo
Description
CrossFit Cairo will provide constantly varied high intensity functional movements to anyone at any level of fitness. My name is Travis Williams and my wife's name is Nikki, after 20 years in the military we are coming back home to Cairo and bringing CrossFit with us. We are both Level 1 Trainers and cannot wait to begin coaching everyone in Cairo. With CrossFit we offer the benefits of a personal trainer without the personal trainer price. We will also assist with your nutritional needs as well as any questions you have regarding fitness. Everything is covered in the price so we hope to see you there. Keep an eye on this page to find out the definite dates we will be open and when the Grand Opening will be.
