Happy Tail Farms
Description
Raising sustainable, pasture raised hens, eggs and growing small farms one happy tail at a time. Happy Tail Farms (HTF) started with three hens and a planter box garden in a suburbia of the East Bay. Now spoiled with 15 acres and room to grow, we currently have 20 hens and counting, two horses, and plans for future livestock.
Our hens roam freely under the shade and protection of the eucalyptus and old oak trees that freckle the property. We raise our animals humanely, and do our best to support sustainable practices on a budget. We are constantly learning, and trying to find ways to better our practices; to become more self sufficient and continue to take the best care of our animals.
We hope you take the time to learn more about our labor of love. If you'd like to get involved, please contact us.
