Ok Flex Family....we have tweaked a few things with our upcoming combine. You DO NOT have to enter with a partner. I know this was a hold up for some. Events will include: Bench press Squats Push ups Pull ups 1 mile run You can complete in any order. All strength tests will be at your body weight for a maximum number of reps. The endurance test will be for time. Age groups will be 18-29 30-39 40-49 50+ For the 2 older age groups a percentage of your weight will be required in the strength tests. We will start this competition on Saturday at 10am as planned but it will continue through until the following Friday. You can come in any time to do this as long as an employee is there to document your results.
