First Baptist is a place where friends are easily made. We want our community to know the hope of the Christian faith. We are located in the downtown area of our city, in the heart of Lincoln County. Like our community, every generation is well represented at First Baptist Church.
God is the center of our worship. Our Sunday morning worship service brings all the generations together and uses the best of traditional and contemporary songs and modern media to create a meaningful and joyous experience. Our Sunday Legacy worship service is held at 5:00 pm in our Fellowship Hall (which was the place of our 1914 Sanctuary). It uses the familiar hymns that call us again to praise and service of our Lord Jesus Christ.
