Everything you need, nothing you don't.Results based training for Powerlifting, Olympic lifting and Functional cross training.  Dungeon Fitness is a 24/7 Facility Specially equipped for Powerlifters, Olympic Lifters, Strongman. We also have plenty of the standard gym equipment to accomadte those looking for CrossTraining, sports performance and bodybuilding. We are a Certified USPA Powerlifting training center, we are also affiliated with NASM and USAW, and have coaches with additional certifications for Nutritional Therapy, Advanced Sports Nutrition and Corrective Exercise.

Click here to go to the USPA site ELIGIBILITY Eligibility: Any male or female 13 years or older. Lifters must be current USPA members. Good for one year from date of purchase. Must purchase online before contest. Check membership status here. Purchase membership here. DIVISIONS Open, Junior 13-15-, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Submaster 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc. WEIGHT CLASSES Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+ RULES One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed. Raw division: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters. Classic Division: is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat. Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply. Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit. SCHEDULE Early weigh-in & Equipment Check: Friday from 9am-11am and 5pm-7pm No Saturday weigh-in Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday, 8 am Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9 am AWARDS Open:1st - 3rd place in each weight class Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group. Best Lifter: Any division with 3 of more lifters. ENTRY FEE $99.99 per lifter ($69.99 for students with school ID), add $20 if entering additional division (Full Power and Bench only = 2 awards or Open & Masters = 2 awards). PAYMENT Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details.
