Chef Ken Flutie's cooking style is Italian inspired, French and Mediterranean influenced,

Chef Ken cooks the recipes of "a hundred dead grandmothers," fresh egg pastas are made daily in our kitchen, and sauces made from scratch, all with inspiration from past generations.
