Every Wednesday in the tasting room we feature live music from local artist. The music starts at 6pm and goes till we close! Wednesday, August 22nd: Podunk Thowbacks The Podunk Throwbacks are a "throwback" to a time when songwriters did not "lure" listeners with familiar covers and slip their own works in between, but believed in their songs enough to allow them to stand on their own....& that's exactly what they do. Their music combines lyrics of life experience with a diverse & energetic sampling of different musical styles, providing a little something for everyone to relate to. Together, the Podunk Throwbacks take front-man & songwriter, Todd Skilton's musical perceptions of life and "throw them back" with a unique sound, no "gimmicks" or formulation & an energy that keeps the audience engaged. The Podunk Throwbacks started as a duo in 2012, and have evolved into a 5-piece band over the years. They have taken their 3 hours of originals from coffeeshops and hardware stores to the Goshen Stampede, the Elm City Folk Festival &most recently, the Podunk Bluegrass Festival Acoustic stage. They have performed in venues all over CT, MA, NY & RI, & are currently working on their first cd. http://www.podunkthrowbacks.com/ We’ll also have our very good friends from Shoreline Prime here. Have you have their Steak & Cheese?!

Every Wednesday here in the tasting room and outside on the deck we feature live music from local artist. The music starts at 6pm and goes till we close! Wednesday, August 16th: The Forest Room The Forest Room is the solo project by Matt Streit which began in 2004 as a casual musical outlet outside of his main band. An active musician from Milford, CT for many years, mainly as a bass player in heavy metal and rock bands, Matt takes a completely different approach with the Forest Room by writing most of the music on acoustic guitar, utilizing multiple layers of guitar parts with live record looping, and incorporating produced beats. Matt uses several guitar effects pedals and a stage lighting rig that he built himself. The Forest Room combines influences and elements of instrumental, folk, ambient, hiphop, and triphop music. "Portishead, Tycho, and Bonobo are a few influences of mine." Food Truck of The Day: 774 West Express (mmmmmm, so delicious!)
