Located in downtown Brandon with certified coaches and top of the line equipment, EBCF offers an uncommon personal touch to your CrossFit experience! We are proud to announce the opening of the first CrossFit box in downtown Brandon. East Brandon CrossFit is coming in June 2014! Co-owners, Michael McElroy and Heather Perry, have a strong knowledge base and are experienced CrossFit coaches. Coach Mike McElroy is the owner of CrossFit 27:17 in Flowood, where partner Heather Perry has been coaching for the past year. The team both have experience with individual and group program design, as well as individual assessment certifications. We are determined to make East Brandon CrossFit greater than your average gym.
