#BestFriendMonth We are kicking off 'refer a friend February'! The member who brings the most friends in the month of February will win a $300 Visa gift card! That's right, $300! KICK OFF: On Tuesday, January 31st from 5pm-6pm any new members (your friends and family) who come in in person and sign up for a membership will get their first month for FREE courtesy of State Farm. This person will count towards your total number of referrals. The rest of the month: all friends and family that come in on your referral will get 10 days for free and will be counted towards your total number of referrals. Alex Wolf will be teaching a 4 week barbell course at KXT every Saturday at 10:30 am starting November 5th. Alex is a certified USA weightlifting coach. This course will focus on barbell basic movements like back squats, front squats, bar press, and deadlifts, and will also incorporate more advanced olympic weightlifting movements for those with barbell experience.
