Big Thank You to everyone who came out yesterday and bigger thank you for everyone's patience! We had fun but "busy" could be an understatement. With that said, we will evaluate the best way we do these types of events in the future. Good news, if you didn't get a chance to try the beers yesterday (or want to again) we are leaving them on tap today! Come see Megan and have a little Blend #1 before it's gone forever. Cheers.

Since a lot of folks have been asking us what the anniversary beer will be, we decided to give y'all a sneak peak. Tomorrow we are releasing Dairy Tank, our first 100% spontaneously fermented beer we brewed in November 2016. To my knowledge this is the first spontaneous beer ever commercially produced in Alabama. As we didn't know what microflora would be floating in the air, we decided to take a more minimal risk in our "koelship" and bought an old used dairy tank that we could expose to the open air. This beer came out great with big notes of lemon rind, light Funk, and great acidity. The bottle is included in the price of the Anny party ticket (along with a Tshirt and glass). If any bottles are leftover we will release for sale next week. Hope to see everyone there. Cheers! -Nate.
