Zion Lutheran Church and School-Bethalto
Description
Our worship service schedule is: Saturday at 6:00 pm and Sunday at 8:00, 9:30, & 11:00 am. Sunday School and Bible Studies meet at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. Rooted in the Gospel, The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, believes that "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) Because of sin, we suffer here on earth; because of sin, there is death. Not just death here on this earth but eternal seperation from God - Hell. But the story doesn't end there! God sent His Son, His one and only Son, to stand in our place, to take the punishment for us, so that we can have Eternal Life in Heaven. We no longer fear death, because Christ was victorious!
