XtremeRow is a Strength and Conditioning program built upon multiple philosophies in burning fat, increasing strength and power, and improving endurance, coordination, and movement.
We train at a high intensity combining basic lifting fundamentals, core lifts like the Squat, Deadlift, and Press, and metabolic conditioning to help fine tune our athletes, maximizing time and effort.
Training For Warriors forms the foundation of our program. TFW is a world class strength training program founded by the great Martin Rooney. The TFW system as been used by elite professional athletes in MMA, the NFL, and more to improve strength and conditioning for performance. It just so happens that a great side effect of training in this system is burning fat and transforming your body.
In addition to our world class Strength Training Program, we also offer the XR Row series which combines low impact sprint and long duration on the Concept II Rower along with metabolic strength exercises.
The XR Row series is the perfect combination of low impact, high intensity conditioning and strength training that may be modified for anyone from the elite weekend warrior to the Baby Boomer rehabbing from surgery. It is a high energy, total body training program designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and get you looking and feeling great! It will improve endurance, train nearly every muscle in your body, and as you row your way to a lean, strong, and sexy body.
XR Berwick boasts 6 Squat racks, 10 ergs, 2,000+ lbs of free weights, kettlebells, ropes, suspension training, med balls, and more.
Through heart rate monitoring technology, we have tracked that the average person burns between 400 - 700 calories per 35 mins of training at XR Berwick.
