Description
The Atkinson Arts Center of Bensenville is facility dedicated to the advancement and the promotion of the Arts. The Atkinson Arts Building of Bensenville (AAB) has started renovations on the old Green Street Schoolhouse, to transform this historic building into a world class facility dedicated to the advancement and promotion of the Arts.
The AAB is currently home to:
~Atkinson Collection Gallery that will soon offer 5,000 square foot luxurious Fine Art Gallery specializing in original works of art by active professional artists from around the world.
~Atkinson Youth Art Program, offering our young artists seasonal art classes and opportunities to grow their passion at an early age. Now registering for the Fall session.
~Brushes & Bottles, held every Thursday evening, starting September 1, 2016. Enjoy and all-inclusive themed evening of painting, adult beverages and fun. Tickets now on sale.
~Studio Artist Memberships, offering the artists throughout the Chicago community a space to create. With 24 hour access to large studio spaces, free parking, in a secure environment, artists of all levels can work with out worrying about the mess, being inspired and inspiring others within the community.
Soon the AAB will of elegant space rentals, social gatherings and events and monthly auctions.
