Our mission is to positively inspire, impact, and improve women’s lives through fitness. We strive to deliver the best workouts inside a beautiful, feminine and motivating environment, with a focus on building lean, fit, beautiful muscle.

CONGRATULATIONS to A-Trains Super Fit's running club on the first race of the year. Yesterday they ran the SuperBowl 5k in Novi. I tried to share Coach Alisha Wood's post, but it failed. In any event, if you happen to see Alisha Woods, Charmaine Farrell or Melissa Dapprich, please give em a celebratory high five on completing the first run of this year's season. Our next scheduled race is the Kona Shamrock 5k in Plymouth on March 6. Can't wait to see everyone dressed in green.
