Huge shout out to Cory. Not only for staying dedicated to working out but for embracing the whole process. Nutrition, supplementation, mobility and strength. He's been dedicated to it all since the beginning and is getting some seriously fast results! Keep it up! This is video is a great example of his dedication to mobility work. He could hardly sit into a body weight squat without falling over and now he's doing this. More to come!
