With offices in multiple locations throughout the Portland Metro area and constantly growing, which means we need to expand our team! We are currently looking for and eager CSR agent for our Commercial Lines at our home office in downtown Beaverton. We need this agent to be a self-starter and quick learner, being able to work independently on a book of commercial accounts including all customer service duties from renewals through certificates. This person will have the skills needed to cross sell existing and new clients, develop new processes using a variety of technology, work with staff to create most efficient workflows for this book of business. Applicant Requirements Are: - Oregon Property & Casualty license - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail & be able to handle multiple tasks at a time - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Word, Excel and Agency Management System - 3-5 years experience account management experience with Commercial Lines - Solid knowledge of P&C products, business rules and regulations Please submit resume and cover letter with your contact information.
