Happy July 4th to all our friends a family.

We will be open Saturday and Sunday (as usual) but we will not be open on Monday July 4th. We will also be at both the Litchfield Farm Fresh Market and the Morris Market Place.

Litchfield HIlls Farm Fresh market was wonderful today and tomorrow is Morris Marketplace. Lots more vegetables available. At the BBC we have added lemon custard tarts with fresh berries on top, along with our lattice fruit tarts. Pain de Campagne is fast becoming a fan favorite in the bread department. See you at the market and/or the shop.

Tomorrow is the first outdoor market for the Litchfield Hills Farm Fresh Market, at Center School from 10 to 1:00. Sunday is The Morris Marketplace at South Farms from 11 to 2:00. Dirt Bombs, Angel Biscuits and many breads will be available. Hope to see you!

Hope you are all settling into summer mode. Farm markets in Litchfield and Morris will be starting in a few weeks. Morris Marketplace will start on Sunday June 12th and Litchfield Farm Fresh Market will start on Saturday June 18th. We are gearing up for a busy season and hope to see you soon at the shop and markets.
