We are serving seared Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, Italian salad and dinner rolls. Although we are booked till the begining of January 2018, please think of us for next years celebrations.

Heading over to 3 rings ranch to serve up some carne asada, chicken asada, and carnitas tacos along with beans, rice, horchata and lime/mint/cucumber water. Celebrating with the Evans family today! Although we are booked till the end of September, please keep us in mind while planning for next year. We offer full service catering for all events; specializing in Italian, Mexican, American, BBQ, Soul food, and Taco Cart.

Yesterday's winter themed donor appreciation dinner was a success! Standing room only! This event was dear to our hearts because we love the boys with everything inside of us! Our great friend Sherri Ferguson brought our cafe to life in every breathtaking detail, with help and all the decor from Ms. Christina Torres and Ms. G! We serve an Italian salad, Masticcoli and for dessert tiramisu and cheesecake. The goal was to ensure every person that donated to the boys of the ranch throughout the year, felt loved and appreciated. I would defiantly say, it was a huge success. Ms. Christina Torres gave heartfelt gratitude and honor to everyone that entered the room. Thank you Mr. Isaac Leva, Ms. Pricella, Ms. Julie, Ms. Julie's daughter, Mr. Max, Mr. Josh, Mr. ED Gill, Mr. Ed Torres, Mr. Mike and of course Ms. Sherri Ferguson for serving and helping in the kitchen! You all Rocked it! I accept the nickname of Gordon Ramsey with humility, pride and laughter.
