Bosch 950 esn tankless water heater was improperly installed upon original installation. Causing it to burn up, After barely 3 years of installation. To properly rectify this poor install we had to cut a door in the garage and install the new unit rotated 180 degrees, hung upon a new wall we had to build. We also had to rerun the flu pipes as they had used too many elbows to be properly sized with the pipe that was used. If you don't know what you're doing don't do it.

Buderus boiler in Monroeville, installed 8 years ago. The pictures below show the heat exchanger pre servicing, and post servicing. There was a lot of build up on this guy, from being unserviced. With this unit, a service check should be preformed annually, and a complete service bi-annually.
