She's the hero of a lesser known scripture story, he's a hero whose story has spanned several movies and a comic book series. Both can teach us a lot about courage.

As we start to preview VBS, Hero Central, we will meet one of heroes of our faith tradition, learn more about how God sees us and how we can be like this hero.
