I am now accepting personal training clients at the awesome Big Tex Gym ! It will be mainly morning hours, so get your booking in now! We use kettlebells, barbells, and or bodyweight exercises together in synergy to build the perfect program to skyrocket you towards the shape and or performance level of your life.
The bulk of your first 1 hour session with me will be a friendly chat with a movement and goal assessment. In this session we will also work out which parts of kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight training are best for you, taking into account your goals,fitness level,preferences, and experience. From there I will write a program completely customized to you and your goals.
I have a ton of real world coaching experience. I have trained everyone from house wives who have never trained before just looking to shed some lbs, right up to Rugby players looking for a size and strength edge. I have assisted at StrongFirst certifications and also ran my own kettlebell strength seminars. I have ran, and trained people to compete at StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenges.
