It's not often I get the opportunity to work with Kyle DelSignore one-on-one but today we were getting technical with some chops. Kyle DelSignore is a pretty good golfer and getting better due to his dedication at CCT. Here we are working slow and controlled chops with a resistance band. Today we were really specific about this movement pattern and being sure to produce a deep diaphragmatic breath along with activation of the deep interior abdominals prior to producing this movement. Kyle' s goal is to drive the ball 275 yards off the tee consistently and with this type of dedication, focus, and attention to detail, he'll be there in no time! #cryancrosstraining #certifiedfsc #performbetter
