CrossKick is a strength & conditioning facility that helps develop men & women of all ages and health levels to reach their fitness goals. CrossKick is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.
What's the difference in CrossKick versus a typical local gym?
CrossKick provides a greater diversity in training methods. Our methods use many different modalities for exercise and include training methods for both men & women. We combine the best of weightlifting, martial arts, kettle bells, traditional body weight exercises, kickboxing and high intensity cardio. All classes will be led by well trained and experienced instructors who will continually coach, establishing a positive and supportive environment as well as build a support community to help keep members on track and accountable.
With the CrossKick concept any person willing to learn is promised much more than an awesome workout. The instructors take the time to teach proper technique and build workouts that both beginners and veterans alike can enjoy. You can choose to pay by the class or set up monthly plans.

TUESDAY TEAM HIGHLIGHT: AMBER WYLIE HOW I GOT STARTED: I was extremely overweight and I could not be the mom, wife or teacher that I wanted to be. Some friends kept posting and encouraging me to try Crosskick...that was the catalyst to my fitness adventure. WHAT IMPACT I WANT TO MAKE ON MEMBERS: I want to help members understand that fitness can be fun, something for the whole family, and so important for improving your quality of life.
