Today at 11am, both the Jackie O's Taproom & Brewery and Jackie O's Brewpub & Public House will be releasing two new bottles: Double Barrel Dark Apparition & Cellar Cuvee 11. Double Barrel Dark Apparition was aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels and then transferred into port barrels where it rested for another 6 months. Deep notes of burnt caramel, dark sweet cherries, vanilla, and dark chocolate. 13% Abv. $15.99/bottle (6/person/day) Cellar Cuvée is a project inspired by the art of blending; multiple ales are married together after aging in oak barrels within our cellar. Cellar Cuvée 11 is a blend of 5 barley wine-esque barrel aged beers. Today at 11am we will be releasing "Elle", our first foudre aged saison! They will be available at the Jackie O's Brewpub & Public House and the Jackie O's Taproom & Brewery. This beer starts as a saison that is fermented in stainless with mixed culture of classic saison strains, wild yeast, and bacteria. The beer then rests in a foudre for 6 months gaining oak notes and a rounded acidic profile. $10.99/bottle (No Limit) Also, Elle will hit distro next week.
